All sessions are customized based on your needs. Whether a first time client or recurring, we will always discuss the focus of the session, target areas, chronic issues, goals and expectations, and any individual requests.
Sessions may include, but are not limited to, deep tissue therapy, swedish massage, trigger point therapy, passive and active stretching, and myoskeletal alignment techniques.
Kinesiology tape, percussion therapy, foam rolling (self-myofascial release), topical pain relief, strength exercises and/or stretches may also be requested or discussed as part of your treatment plan.
No gratuity is necessary or expected. Rates are determined by the local market, and I am committed to providing accessible healthcare services free of added stress or financial obligation.
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Venmo, and credit/debit cards (3% service fee). Payment will be collected at the end of the session.
